💡 Monthly Tip: Using Catchup TV

Catchup TV is now fully live !

You can now rewind and replay shows that aired earlier in the day — right from your channel guide.

👉 How to use it:

  1. Go to the TV Guide (EPG)

  2. Look for channels with the 🕒 catchup icon

  3. Scroll left in the guide to pick a show that already aired

  4. Press OK to play it from the beginning!

⏱️ Most channels offer 4 to 8 hours of catchup, depending on availability.

⚙️ Important: Enable Catchup in Settings

To use Catchup, it must be enabled for your playlist:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Playlists

  3. Choose your active playlist

  4. Scroll to Catch-up and make sure it's enabled

Without this setting turned on, catchup content may not appear — even if it's available

If catchup isn’t working:

  • Try another channel that supports catchup

  • Still stuck? Message Max — we’ll help you sort it out

🛠️ Tech Brief: Android App Update

We’ve rolled out a new and improved version of the PowerTV Android app — optimized for smoother performance on:

  • 📺 Firesticks

  • 📦 Android boxes

  • 📱 Android phones & tablets

  • Improved stream stability

  • Better compatibility with remotes and touch controls

📥 How to Install the Latest Version

You can easily install or update the app using the Downloader app:

  1. Open the Downloader app (install it from the Amazon App Store if you don’t have it)

  2. Enter this code: 3230048

  3. Follow the prompts to download and install the PowerTV app

  4. Once installed, open the app and log in using your credentials

💡 Tip: If updating, uninstall the previous version of the app first, then reboot your device before reinstalling.
