Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! As we wrap up the year, we have an important update that requires your attention to ensure uninterrupted service.

If you have already updated to the latest “Shield” application, please skip the application update section, you already know about our great new service.

🚨 APPLICATION UPDATE REQUIRED 🚨

‼️ Action Needed Before the End of the Year ‼️

• We have updated our application, and the new app will be required for service moving forward

• All accounts have already been migrated to the new Shield application, with the same expiry dates

• To avoid any service disruption, you must remove the StreamWire app and install the new Shield app

• This change allows us to provide a more stable experience, with higher quality channel streams and improved On-Demand movies and shows

• The existing StreamWire application will no longer work in the new year

• 🎁 BONUS: The new service includes a companion application, free for the first year at no additional cost

📲 Application Update Instructions

1️⃣ Uninstall the StreamWire App

• Go to Settings

• Select Applications

• Choose Manage Applications

• Click StreamWire

• Select Uninstall

2️⃣ Install the new Shield application

• Open the Downloader app

• Enter this code: 6832725

3️⃣ Open & set up the new Shield app

• Open the Shield application

• Add the playlist named “The Shield”

• Enter your Username + Password
  (If you don’t have them, message me)

• Double-check your credentials are 100% correct

• Click [Next], then [Done]

• Wait for the playlist to finish processing

✅ If no channels appear:

• Restart your device and re-check your username and password

✅ If your device is new:

• You must enabled “Developer” mode and grant the “Downloader” application permission to install application. Reach out if needed.

2️⃣ Log In

• Open the StreamCast app

• Enter your same Username + Password
